Selection, packaging and despatch is generally undertaken at our warehouse and carried out by our staff – not a third party – as we do everything we possibly can to make certain that the products you have ordered from us will arrive speedily, safely packaged and as ordered.
Please note that to minimise the number of items in any given delivery – our warehouse team may pack smaller items in any space available in larger items in the order, and therefore it is vitally important that you check through the whole delivery to make sure that ALL items ordered have been delivered.
On occasions some products may be despatched directly to you from our suppliers, of course, you will be notified of this, and advised of any effect this may have on the delivery schedule.
Please note that if your first order with us requires an alternative address to your payment billing address, we may contact you for additional security checks.
Mainland UK Orders
Most orders that are received and processed before 2pm Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are scheduled to be selected, packed, and despatched for delivery (Monday to Friday), and can be delivered at any time between 08:00 and to 18:00. We aim to deliver these next day subject to third-party delivery partners.
Therefore orders that are taken, received and processed on a Friday before 2pm will generally be delivered the following week (excluding Bank Holidays), and orders received on a Friday after 2pm or on a Saturday or Sunday will leave the warehouse on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
We will notify you if the delivery of your order will take longer than 3 working days. Any orders packaged on a pallet could take up to 3 days to arrive.
We are reliant on our third-party delivery partners and their service to us, and whilst we make every effort to maintain our delivery expectations and implore them to do the same, very occasionally for reasons beyond our control our delivery partners may not deliver on the appointed day. This though is an extremely rare occurrence and we do not and cannot accept any responsibility for this. Nor can we be held responsible in any way for late delivery of a product or products. Any costs that may be incurred by a customer through late delivery are solely the customer’s responsibility, and we strongly recommend that customers should make sure that ALL items ordered have been delivered BEFORE engaging installation trades or contractors
Standard delivery service is£8.50 ex VAT.
All consignments are tracked and for security require a signature on delivery; this guarantees the secure delivery and safe passage of your goods.
