I usually wait for a while to get a feel for a company before I’m confident writing a review for others.Natural green heat, has made a great impression on the orders that I have placed this and least year… always next day and loose items individually bagged and labelled!! They stock some very difficult to find parts and fittings for heat pump and underfloor, and very recently started stocking preinsulated underground pipe at a very reasonable price on next day delivery!I’ve been very happy with the service I’ve received and feel like the team goes out there way to ensure customer satisfaction.

Fantastic service from this company. They stock a wide variety of heat pump specific parts as well as large press fittings and press gun components.They bailed me out yesterday. At 4pm on Tuesday I ordered some 35mm press jaws as I’d been let down for a week by my normal merchant. The jaws turned up the next day by 12pm for no extra cost.Great to deal with and very knowledgeable.

What a guy Jesse is… had a slight issue with one of the grills, we got the order wrong and needed a jigsaw style grill instead of a normal style grill, he was available on WhatsApp, looked at the issue, had a solution ready to go and the parts out for next day delivery and the other wrongly ordered parts arranged for pick up.what a guy
